We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Contact details (first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address)

How data are collected and how they are used

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you updated of the latest information about the choir: rehearsal, songs lists, concerts, membership renewal,…
 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

  • Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@theupbeats.org

Who has access to the data collected

Only the website administrators and data controller, has access to the collected data.


We may share a list of our members with:

  • organisations for funding request purposes,

  • or venues for event organisation.

How we store your personal information

We keep your contact details for 3 years.

We will then dispose your information by deleting your contact all together from our WIX database. Visit the WIX page Privacy: About Your Customer's Data for more information.
